Residential pricing
Our standard service charge is $85, which is added on top of the first hour for all Handyman Services. Our pricing model is based on time and materials, with an hourly rate of $50 for labor. Material costs include a markup of no more than 25% to cover procurement and handling.
Please note, the hourly rate may increase for tasks requiring additional labor or special equipment. We strive to provide transparent and competitive pricing for all our services.
